Pain Solutions for Intensive Reading

When intensive reading is a large part of what you do, try using a reading slope to decrease the stress on your neck and shoulders and on your back.

The reading slope will improve your posture helping to reduce neck and shoulder pain and relieve your back pain.

The tilting slope reduces the need to bend your neck while reading and hence reduces the incidence of complaints.  Constant bending of the neck can increase the pressure on the discs in the neck.

Have a look here at some of document holders and writing slopes that can help.

Relieve pain and make your reading more comfortable for you by simply using products that help you maintain good posture and reduce strain on your neck and shoulders and back.
