Returning A Product

Sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out, and that's ok!


At KOS Ergonomics, we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased off our website. If we sent out the item in error or it is defective on arrival, we will arrange that the product be collected and returned.


Alternatively, the customer will have to arrange and pay for the return of the items.

If you would like to return an item, please notify support@kos.ie   within 14 days of purchase.

Warranty Information

You can find warranty information for your product by visiting the product page on KOS.ie.


If you can't find warranty information for your product, contact sales@kos.ie , who will be able to provide the correct information for your specific product(s).

Repairs

If you've noticed that your product is damaged, or not doing what it is supposed to, please get in contact with support@kos.ie  with an explanation of the issue, images/videos, and if possible the order number.


Once our support team has received the above, we can determine how to approach the issue and whether or not our technician will be needed to call out to fix the product.
