How does a Remote Consultation work and is there a fee?
Our remote consultations are 45-minute clinical assessments conducted via video link. There is a fixed fee of €35 for this service.
Once you book your slot, a secure payment link will be sent to you separately via email. Please note that your appointment will not be secured or confirmed until this payment has been made in full.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? (Remote only)
This policy applies exclusively to paid Remote Consultations. We require that you notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Failure to notify us of a cancellation or a no-show will result in 100% of the consultation payment being retained. Additionally, you are permitted to change or reschedule your appointment only once after the initial booking.
