All OGP Framework clients must complete a Notification to Activate Services Form (NASF) before services can begin. This form is available on the OGP Buyer Zone.

Any public sector organisation registered under the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) Framework can book ergonomic assessments with Kos Ergonomics.

Can ergonomic assessments under the OGP Framework be done remotely?

  Yes. Kos Ergonomics offers virtual ergonomic assessments for employees working from home, as well as onsite assessments at your office.

Yes. All of our remote DSE ergonomic assessments comply fully with the Irish DSE Regulations (2007) and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act. Our qualified assessors provide clear reports and recommendations to help businesses meet their legal obligations while supporting employee wellbeing.  

Each remote assessment includes a live video consultation with a trained assessor, a review of the employee’s workstation and posture, and a personalised report with practical recommendations. For group assessments, we also provide a management summary to support compliance and reporting.

 We offer flexible remote assessment options:

  • Individual sessions for one employee, lasting approximately 45 minutes

  • Half-day sessions for up to eight employees (depending on assessment type) 

  • Full-day sessions for up to sixteen employees (depending on assessment type) 
    These formats make it easy to support remote and hybrid teams of all sizes.
