Yes. Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the 2007 General Application Regulations, Irish employers are legally mandated to perform DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments for any employee who uses a computer or screen for more than one hour per day.

What is the difference between a "standard" and a "clinical" assessment?
