Deliveries

At KOS Ergonomics, we strive to deliver a seamless and smooth customer journey, so we take great care when organising delivery for our customers.


Our partner courier service dispatches smaller goods in stock within 2-3 working days.

Depending on the product and current stock levels, it may have to be ordered, but all this will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, with an estimated lead time.


So please place your order, and relax until it arrives at your doorstep!

Delivery & Installation Of Specialised Items


  • Enjoy complimentary delivery on all Back Care Ergonomic Chairs.
  • Free Chair Setup: Following delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for either remote or on-site chair setup (subject to location and consultant availability).
  • Delivery & Installation (All Desks & Desks over 1200mm) : €100. Our KOS technicians will deliver and install your desk within 2-3 weeks, ensuring a professional and secure setup. A member of our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time. 
  • Flat-Pack Delivery (Desks under 1200mm) : €40. For smaller desks, we offer courier delivery with the desk arriving flat-packed. 
    • Please note, this option voids the desk's warranty if the desk is incorrectly assembled by you.


  • Important Installation Note: Please ensure the designated installation area is entirely clear of all objects beforehand. Our technicians cannot move existing furniture, and any required clearance may result in additional fees and delays.
  • Freedom Desk Electric & Freedom Desk Pro: Delivered by courier within 5-7 working days (subject to stock availability).
  • StanDesk: €100 delivery and installation charge. Our team will contact you to schedule your delivery and installation within 2-3 weeks.
  • Standard Delivery: €9.99 incl. VAT. Delivered by our trusted courier service within 5-7 working days (subject to stock availability). Chairs arrive partly assembled for your convenience.
  • Optional Chair Assembly: €50 (additional location fees may apply). Our team will assemble your chair upon delivery, ensuring a seamless setup.
  • Standard Delivery: €9.99 incl. VAT. Delivered by our trusted courier service within 5-7 working days (subject to stock availability).
