The Opra Back Care Chair 300 has a medium backrest and standard seat for the average height user. It also has a semi-knee tilt rocking action which delivers a smooth and comfortable rocking action which stimulates greater movement whilst seated.


The Opra Back Care Chair 300 includes a wide range of standard features for maximum comfort and a perfect fit, and it also benefit the user, preventing any upper body pain and reducing an eventual pressure on spinal discs.


This ergonomic chair is supplied with inflatable lumbar support that improves the user's posture. The memory foam medium backrest and inflatable lumbar support combined with the standard seat provide comfort and the certainty that any back issue will be relieved.
It also has a semi-knee tilt swing action that allows the user to stretch the body and provides a smooth, comfortable rocking action that stimulates blood circulation and allows greater movement while seated.

    A: The course runs for 1 full day (9am–5pm) with breaks.
