Do I have to pay for this consultation?

No, your initial showroom consultation is completely free of charge. It is provided as part of your healthcare practitioner's referral to ensure you get the right ergonomic support for your recovery.

Can I just walk into the showroom without booking?

No, our showrooms operate strictly by appointment only. This ensures that a dedicated Ergonomic Consultant is available to give you uninterrupted, one-to-one guidance and that the equipment recommended by your practitioner is ready for you to test.

How long will the consultation take?

Most consultations take between 45 to 60 minutes. This allows us enough time to fully understand your clinical needs, measure you correctly, and let you test various chairs and desk setups.

Am I obligated to buy anything on the day?

Not at all. The primary goal of this visit is assessment and testing. While we will provide a report and recommendations based on your practitioner's notes, you are under absolutely no obligation to make a purchase.

Should I bring anything with me?

Your referring practitioner may have already sent us brief details of your requirements. However, if you have a photo of your current home or office workstation setup, it is highly beneficial to show our consultants during your visit.
