Showrooms & Appointments

We operate two physical locations in Ireland and a Virtual Consultation Suite:
  • Dublin Showroom: 3 Clare St, Dublin 2, D02 KC82.
  • Tipperary Showroom: Tobin's Cross, Holycross, Tipperary, E41 TP04.
  • Virtual Showroom: Online video consultations available globally.
Yes, our showrooms operate strictly by appointment only. This ensures that one of our senior ergonomic consultants is fully available to give you an uninterrupted assessment and guide you through the equipment safely and effectively.
Standard showroom visits are completely free. However, if you require a formal, 1-on-1 Clinical Ergonomic Consultation, you can add this during the booking stage for only €35 + VAT.

This premium service is led by a qualified ergonomist, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist to ensure you receive expert advice tailored to your specific clinical needs.
Our remote consultations are 45-minute clinical assessments conducted via video link. There is a fixed fee of €35 + VAT for this service.

Once you book your slot, a secure payment link will be sent to you separately via email. Please note that your appointment will not be secured or confirmed until this payment has been made in full.
This policy applies exclusively to paid Remote Consultations. We require that you notify us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation or a no-show will result in 100% of the consultation payment being retained. Additionally, you are permitted to change or reschedule your appointment only once after the initial booking.
A standard consultation typically takes between 45 to 60 minutes. This gives us ample time to discuss your needs and allow you to thoroughly test multiple equipment options without feeling rushed.
If you have been referred by a medical professional, please bring any clinical notes or referral letters. It is also helpful to have rough measurements of your desk height or photos of your current workstation setup.
While we hold stock of certain popular accessories (mice, keyboards, posture aids), most premium chairs and sit-stand desks are customizable and delivered directly to your location. Your consultant will advise you on lead times during your visit.
Dublin Showroom: There is on-street paid parking available on Clare Street and surrounding areas (Merrion Square).
Tipperary Showroom: Yes, we offer ample free parking directly outside our facility at Tobins Cross, Holycross.
During your visit, a Clinical Ergonomist will conduct a comprehensive postural analysis. We will discuss any musculoskeletal issues, take specific body measurements, and guide you through an equipment fitting process to find the exact chair and desk height suited to your anthropometrics.
You can test our full curated range of clinical ergonomics equipment. If there is something you would specifically like to try just include it in your message when booking your appointment.

DSE Assessments

Yes. Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the 2007 General Application Regulations, Irish employers are legally mandated to perform DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments for any employee who uses a computer or screen for more than one hour per day.
Standard assessments are often "tick-box" exercises performed by non-specialists. A KOS Clinical Assessment is performed by qualified Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists.

We don't just look at desk height; we evaluate the employee's specific medical history, pre-existing conditions, and postural habits to provide a solution that actually prevents injury.
Absolutely. Our Remote DSE Assessments are conducted via secure video link and are fully HSA compliant. They include the same level of detailed reporting and clinical oversight as our onsite visits, making them an ideal, scalable solution for hybrid teams across Ireland.
A typical professional workstation assessment takes between 30 to 45 minutes per employee. This allows our consultants enough time to assess the environment, educate the user on correct posture, and make immediate ergonomic adjustments.
HSA guidance suggests that assessments should be reviewed every two years, or sooner if an employee moves workstation, a new piece of equipment is introduced, or an employee reports discomfort/pain.
Each employee receives a detailed report featuring a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) risk rating. These reports are instantly synced to our Management Portal, giving employers a full audit trail, cost-analysis of required equipment, and a clear record for HSA inspections.
You can book both individual specialist assessments and corporate bulk assessments directly through our dedicated portal.

Yes. While we work extensively with enterprise clients, individuals suffering from pain or seeking a clinical setup can book a private 1-to-1 specialist assessment for their home or office.
The cost of the assessments depend on the type of assessment required and the number of assessment to be carried out. To get a detailed quote use the booking form at the bottom of this page https://www.kos.ie/dse-assessments
