Note: This in-office advanced-ergo assessment is only to be booked if you experience discomfort or pain associated with work.

Please follow the below instructions before booking your 1-1 in-office assessment:

• The assessment is estimated to be 45 minutes but we ask that you allow 5 minutes before and after in to your calendar to account for delays.  
• Click the date below that you require and then click the time slot you require on the right hand side.
  
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 2 working days notice or the assessment will be charged for. 
• Please ensure that you're on time for your appointment as late starts may not have enough time to go ahead and will still be charged for.
