Mater Private Network Remote Assessments

NOTE:  PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN IF YOU ARE FROM MATER HOSPITAL CORK. THERE IS A SEPARATE BOOKING LINK FOR CORK.

NOTE: This is a remote DSE assessment, even if you are office-based  Your assessment will be carried out via Microsoft Teams by a trained ergonomic assessor.

To complete the assessment correctly, you must have access to a working camera. We strongly recommend joining the call on your mobile phone, as this allows the assessor to clearly view your workstation setup during the assessment.

If you do not have access to a working camera, please do not book an assessment as it will not go ahead and your employer will be charged.

• Follow the instructions in the preparation guide.This allows us to prepare for the assessment to make sure our time with you is focused on what can benefit you. 
• • Click the date below that you require and then click the time slot you require on the right hand side.
    
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 2 working days notice, otherwise your employer will be charged for cancelled assessment.
• Assessments may start a little after scheduled call if there is a delay in a previous assessment.
• Please ensure that you're on time for your appointment to avoid delays to colleagues
