 • Track, manage and report on lead-generation activity, pipeline development and sales performance.

• Maintain concise, accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries by email and phone.

• Prepare client quotations and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Support outbound client engagement and preparation for sales meetings.

• Manage and prioritise appointments effectively to support client and commercial objectives.

• Maintain accurate meeting notes and complete agreed follow-up actions.

• Proactively follow up on current and prospective opportunities to help progress them through the sales cycle.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Account Management and Ergonomic Consultancy to deliver a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development or a similar commercially focused role.

• A proven ability to generate new business opportunities and develop a healthy sales pipeline.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

 • Confidence engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

• A proactive, competitive and target-driven approach.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Experience using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Confidence working with CRM systems, software and online platforms.
