Laboratory work brings with it its own challenges. Building ergonomics into your lab results in workers working in a more comfortable environment.
Tips for working in a laboratory

Check your seat height and ensure you are seated at a comfortable height for your bench. Allowing you to work with your elbow at a 90° angle and your bench at your 90° arm height.
Adjust you chair to ensure it is providing you with full support.
Use a footrest when your feet are not able to rest flat on the ground.
Check that you have enough knee and foot clearance form your work bench.
