Almost 50% of office workers are not properly equipped in the workplace
New research from Plantronics has found that almost 50% of office workers are not properly equipped. The study of 1,590 office workers and managers highlights that 63.8% utilise conference call facilities at work, with 81.9% of managers increasingly relying on them to manage their departments.
Despite this, 68.4% of managers don’t have access to the right equipment for effective conference calling in the office.
