The footrest can be adjusted with your foot which reduces the risk of accident while adjusting it under your bench or desk.
You can also adjust the tilt angle of the base to ensure individual comfortable use. This you can also do with your foot.
The height range on this footstool allows the same bench be used by different size workers.
